Who we are
ICT-Vitamins is the umbrella group behind software, AI, cloud and security solutions, based in the Netherlands. For privacy questions, contact info@ict-vitamins.com.
What data we collect
- Contact requests. When you use the contact form or email us, we process the name, email address and message you provide, solely to answer your request.
- Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics (self-hosted) to understand aggregate visits. No personal profiles are built and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Why we process it, retention and your rights
We process contact data to respond to your enquiry and to enter into or perform a possible engagement (legitimate interest and, where relevant, performance of a contract). Analytics are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning website.
We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which it is deleted.
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email info@ict-vitamins.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
